MEET OUR SPEAKERS
David Doering, ASA, IFA, is vice-president of Missouri Property Appraisal. Mr. Doering has more than 25 years of experience in the appraisal profession. He is a representative to the Missouri Housing Industry Alliance and serves on the Board of Directors of MAAC. In addition to taking specialized courses from the NIAFA and AI, he holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Missouri and is an AQB Certified Instructor.
Robbie Wilson, ASA, RA, SRA, is the Chief Appraiser, Risk, Compliance officer at RSDS, LLC (an appraisal company with locations in Kansas City, Phoenix, San Diego, and Dallas). Mr. Wilson has more than 30 years of experience in valuation services and expertise in appraisal standards, laws, and regulatory matters in residential practice. He is the current president of National Society of Real Estate Appraisers (NSREA) and a past member of the TALCB’s Peer Investigative Committee.  He holds a B.B.A. degree in real estate from the University of Texas at Arlington, an M.B.A. degree from Amberton University, and is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor.
Scott Reuter, is single-family chief appraisal officer at Freddie Mac. Mr. Reuter is a Certified-General Appraiser with 30+ years of experience in valuation, appraisal, and collateral risk management concerns. He holds a B.A. from The Ohio State University, and has completed the Executive Leadership program at Cornell University, and is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor.
Danny Wiley, SRA, is single-family senior director of valuation at Freddie Mac. Mr. Wiley has held appraisal-related positions since 1982, including more than 25 years as an independent fee appraiser and eight years as an AMC chief appraiser. He is also a past chair of the Appraisal Standards Board of The Appraisal Foundation and a past member of the Standards Board of the IVSC. He holds a B.S. in mathematics, with related work in physics, from Vanderbilt University.
