President
Duties:
Promotes the mission and purpose of the organization, presides over all meetings of the organization, and performs all other duties that pertain to the office.
1st Vice President
Duties: Chairs the “Budget Committee” and is responsible for coordinating the association’s annual budgets including fundings for all conferences and meetings of the organization and performing any other tasks deemed appropriate by the President and/or Executive Committee.
2nd Vice President
Duties:
Chairs the “Education Committee” and is responsible for organizing and implementing the association’s education programs and members’ designations and any other tasks deemed appropriate by the President and/or Executive Committee.
3rd Vice President
Duties:
Chairs the “Membership Committee” and is responsible for developing programs and incentives to grow and maintain the membership of the organization, reporting on membership status and performing any other tasks deemed appropriate for the office.
Corresponding Secretary
Duties:
Shall be responsible for all correspondence related to the association, maintain accurate membership contact information, and perform all other duties as necessary to the office.
Recording Secretary
Duties:
Shall take the minutes of meetings and keep an accurate record of proceedings, shall keep an accurate record of course offerings, class enrollment, and credit granted; shall keep a record of all equipment, supplies, books, records of the organization; and perform all other duties as necessary to the office.
Treasurer
Duties:
Shall pay bills only upon warrants signed and approved by the president and or executive vice president of the organization. Promptly record receipt and deposit all money received, keep an itemized account of all receipts and disbursements and report financial status at each meeting of the board of directors or executive committee.
Assistant Treasurer
Duties: Shall serve the role of a financial secretary. The individual in his position shall receive and receipt all monies submitted to the organization including membership dues, course fees, donations, etc. Perform all other duties as necessary to the office.
